Knowledge without action leads to arrogance. But knowledge that leads to action leads to progress.

Congratulations on completing the first six lessons to this course.

This last lesson may be the shortest lesson but the most important. So far we have learned about the importance of power and leadership. We have carefully discovered, declared and delegated each of the six types of power. Each of those courses are extremely valuable for leading.

But there is one critical lesson yet to be learned. Which power do we use in a particular situation? This may be the most difficult of all. Too often mediocre leaders find a source of power they like best and stick with it. But that only yields mediocre, average and often frustrating results. There is a better way that we will help you learn in this last lesson.

Let’s finish the course strong by putting your knowledge to use. Let’s start the last lesson.
